Equip We equip women and youth as the next generation of social and environmental leaders-to lead their communities out of poverty by empowering them to distribute quality household products that improve health, save time and money. Our model ensures families living in poverty have access to household products that will improve their quality of life. Involving women is a key part of our model as they understand the challenges faced by other household managers, who are their customers. Women also stand to gain the most from a reliable and decent income.
